Professional Standards Committee

It shall be the duty of this Committee to develop, review, and update the ASTC Code of Professional Standards; and to present to the membership at an annual or special meeting and as specified in Section 7.8 of [the] By-Laws, any recommended changes, additions, or deletions to that Code. The Committee shall identify potential problems relative to professional and ethical conduct and communicate these issues where appropriate to the membership via Court Call and the conference programs.
