Exhibitor Opportunities/Levels & Benefits Form

Make your presence known at the ASTC Conference as an exhibitor, advertiser and/or sponsor of promotional gifts. This conference is an excellent way for you to network with our members and inform them about your business. Companies who have been present at the past conferences have found that they were able to expand their client base and increase their company visibility almost overnight, as a result of their presence at the conference.

Exhibitor booths will be located where conference registration and all refreshment breaks will occur. Set-up will take place beginning Thursday morning. Some of the attendees will arrive that day for pre-conference workshops. But, the largest group of attendees will be there on Friday and Saturday. All vendor exhibits must be taken down by Saturday evening. The exhibitor area will be open from 8am - 5pm all three days. We look forward to having you as a partner.

Every Exhibitor will receive:

• Exhibitor table* at conference. Diamond Level sponsors will have first choice of location
• Full listing of attendees after the conference. Includes: name, title, company address, e-mail contact and phone numbers
• Recognition to membership during the "Welcoming Remarks" and/or "Friday Evening Banquet"
• On-site signage with logo prominently placed in the event area (Not included in Bronze Level)
• Sponsorship recognition on name badge (Not included in Bronze Level)
• 2 Exhibitor Passes (conference registration not included)
