Submit an Article for The Jury Expert

We welcome your submission to The Jury Expert. We accept two categories of articles: those from practitioners with practical suggestions for litigators; and those from writers in academia or other areas who present information and offer recommendations, tips and strategies for litigators.

Articles written by academics and others who are not ASTC members will be accompanied by responses from ASTC member consultants. These responses will, in effect, take a further step in translating theory to practice. Authors review these responses prior to publication and are welcome to submit follow-up commentary pre-publication.
