Choice of Virtual Product Demonstration or WEBINAR includes the following:

One product demo/webinar – 30-minute max – including Q&A scheduled prior to Dec. 31, 2021, includes:

•          ASTC will assist with the pre-demo/webinar marketing for the sponsor company by facilitating an electronic mailing to our mailing list. Sponsor company provides the marketing piece to ASTC. All marketing requires ASTC approval prior to distribution.
•          ASTC will manage all demo/webinar registrations·         ASTC staff person to train sponsor speaker prior to the demo/webinar
•          ASTC staff person to assist attendees and sponsor speaker throughout the demo/webinar
•          A list of attendees with contact information will be sent to each sponsoring company post-webinar
