Pre-Conference Welcome Box

Pre-Conference Welcome Box- $1,500

A welcome box will be mailed to all conference attendees registered before XXXX date.  Box include promotional brochures, give away and the like.

•          ASTC staff will collect all materials, coordinate, and mail all conference boxes.
•          Sponsor logo on the outside of box
•          One item/ handout included in the box
•          Feature article in one ASTC newsletter provided by sponsor and approved by ASTC
•          Company logo and link on ASTC website for 1 year
•          Recognition as conference sponsor in special edition of conference newsletter
•          Recognition during the “Welcoming Remarks” each day
•          Electronic mailing “Thank You” to membership including all sponsor logos and company website link
•          Limit to weight and size (TBD)
•          OPTION to add demo/webinar package - $2,000*
