Conference Sponsor – Choice of Virtual Product/Service Demonstration or WEBINAR ADDED Package:  $2,000

The 2021 demo/webinar package is available as an added benefit to ASTC conference sponsors only (excluding Friend sponsors). Please note that this benefit is included in the GOLD sponsor package. (see benefits below)

•          Two product demos/webinars – 30-minute max including Q&A - scheduled prior to Dec. 31, 2021, includes:
• •          ASTC will assist with the pre-demo/webinar marketing for the sponsor company by facilitating an electronic mailing to our mailing list. Sponsor company provides the marketing piece to ASTC for approval.
  •          ASTC will manage all demo/webinar registrations
  •          ASTC staff person to train sponsor speaker prior to the demo/webinar
  •          ASTC staff person to assist attendees and sponsor speaker throughout the demo/webinar
  •          A list of attendees with contact information will be sent to each sponsoring company post-webinar
  •          OPTION to add demo/webinar package - $2,000*
