The Social Media Task Force is working on standards and guidelines for using (1) social media tools for jury selection background searches, and (2) social media for marketing. Both objectives will include a review of present ABA standards/guidelines and opinion articles. The Task Force will be reviewing the current Professional Code to see what needs to be revised or expanded.
